Marc Mercurio - owner/operator of Finely Tuned Fabrications pursued his interest in the automotive industry by attending Polaris Career Center during his Junior and Senior year in high school. He started his career at a Sohio Gas Station in Olmsted Falls, Ohio and while working there, became an ASE Certified Tech.
After gaining valuable experience at Sohio he started working at a Ford Dealer in Berea and became a Master Certified ASE Tech and a Ford Master Tech. During the 10 years as a flat rate line tech he started to do side jobs on custom cars such as back halves, chassis work and engine mods.
The side jobs turned into a full time gig in 1996 as Marc went on to open a business in Cleveland. He ran a small business of general auto repair, custom cars and bikes.
During 2005 he concentrated mostly on custom bikes as that was the big thing then. He became a licensed manufacturer and dealer for custom bikes and manufactured frames for other motorcycle dealers. A lot was learned from that experience.
Marc continues to do pro street cars, race cars and custom metal fabrication. He has since become proficient with Solid Works 3D Drawing and is able to turn your ideas into reality in front of your eyes.
Custom brackets, tube forming, laser cutting, high definition plasma, press brake forming, punch press and mig & tig welding are also on the list of things Marc and his team can do for you.
